Bentley Services Cheshire were recommended to me by the motor company who sourced both my Bentleys, my first a Turbo R, and my present Bentley, a Continental GT.

Ivor and Leslie have serviced and repaired both vehicles to my entire satisfaction.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, they even collect the car from my home and return it back with work completed (and washed and clean - a nice touch). When a glitch has appeared in either car, a call to them and it gets sorted - no fuss - no bother - and all at a realistic cost, no fancy main dealer charges.
As I use my cars on a daily basis, being without them for extended periods is not an option, and with cars this complex, they are a godsend, and provide me with immense peace of mind.

I have recommended them to friends who are fellow Bentley owners, and, without exception, they all speak most highly of the service they receive, and as such I can recommend them to you without reservation.

It was a total delight to go down to Crewe to meet Ivor and the team. From the moment I stepped into the spotless workshop and met Ivor I knew my car was in safe hands. It was also nice to be offered a lift to the station, and be picked up on return. The car was presented immaculately and I liked the full details of the work done given on the invoice and also the Advisory sheet which showed small things that were detected and were either corrected or were not urgent but would, or could, need attention in the future. As someone who works in design and has always had an eye for premium service, it has to be said that the small details like the invoice printed on quality paper, and in the wallet with the plastic card, plus the Bentley branded seat and carpet protectors. Sometimes the added cost and effort seems a waste for a company. But it does get noticed, and it does make a difference.
